What We Do

One of the greatest gifts we can give today’s children is a strong education that will help ensure they have the tools to succeed as adults. In Woodstock, we are fortunate to have a public school district that cares deeply about providing children with a vibrant learning environment both today and in the future. The Foundation, operated by a volunteer board of trustees, organizes events and fundraisers to help add to initial funds and continue the process of supporting school programs.

In keeping with its philosophy and purpose, the Foundation will select those programs, activities, and purchases which will enhance and support educational opportunities for the students in District 200.

Members of the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce

As new members to the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce, the Foundation board would like to offer an opportunity to Chamber members to sponsor an Impact Grant named after the Chamber. The Woodstock Chamber of Commerce Impact Grant will support a selected district project that encourages school/community partnership(s) and/or student led business incubator projects. Chamber members who donate a $100 or more towards the grant will be named in the Impact Grant Program, promoted on the foundation website and social media pages, and recognized at the Annual Groundhog Dinner/Auction Fundraiser in February.
